BT hydraulic pallet trucks with a high lift height lift cargo to the lift height of up to 800 mm and are used for transportation of cargo as a workstation during cargo segregation. By lifting the forks to the ergonomic height an operator is able to easily move load or to use the forks as a tabletop. The HHM100 hand-powered lift truck model has the rapid lift function, while the HHM100PH electric powered lift truck model has the automatic lift height adjustment function. All these functions make it possible to make easier an operator’s work and to increase the safety level. The BT factory is also offering the models with the below listed modifications but made of stainless steel for operation in corrosive environment.

HHM100 Hand-Powered Lift Truck Model:
- The “Quick Lift” function, as standard, with automatic transition to the normal lift mode at the load weight of more than 250 kg.
- The model is certified against the ecological and environmental safety requirements, which is confirmed by the Certificate of Conformity to Environmental Safety Requirements.
HHM100 Electric Powered Lift Truck Model:
- Reduces the risk of tip-over thanks to position of the engine and battery between the cylinder and A-frame.
- It is possible to charge it by hand, when the battery is low.
- Maintenance-free battery and reliable battery compartment;
- Built-in charger for batteries with LED indication. A standard wire is used.
- Emergency brake that can be used as a key interlock.
- The model is certified against the ecological and environmental safety requirements, which is confirmed by the Certificate of Conformity to Environmental Safety Requirements.
HHL100PH Model with Photocell
- The HHL100PH photocell gives a smooth and controlled movement as the High Lifter lowers and raises automatically when goods are loaded or unloaded from the pallet. In such a way an ergonomic ally optimal operating level is reached.
- The maximum operating height during use of the photocell is equal to 1150 mm.
